AkinsCrisp Public Strategies has worked in the Oak Ridge community for many years. We've come to understand the complex structure and changing dynamics of the Department of Energy in Oak Ridge, its prime contractors and subcontractors, the politics, personalities, community, state, and federal relationships, and the world-class missions carried out here. 

To many, especially those who have not worked in the “DOE world” in Oak Ridge before, they can find Oak Ridge at best confusing and often intimidating. 

AkinsCrisp has worked to create this site as way to more effectively share our knowledge and understanding of “DOE-Oak Ridge” for the use and benefit of our clients and others who we work with, to help you better navigate through the acronyms and relationships.
